My interventions

My coaching and consulting interventions cover the three layers of relationships between organizations and the professionals who make them up. They all aim to develop the learning, doing and foreseeing capacities of the different stakeholders within an organization and make the relationships between them more effective, fluid and engaging.


My areas of specialization

My areas of specialization derive from my experiences as an organizational consultant, interim manager, business angel, and board member. They also find their origin in my international exposure over more than a decade in multi-cultural environments (USA, South East Asia).
